Return Policy

30-Day Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, and in original packaging). If the tamper seal is fully cut, you are not eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds will not be issued for items with a completely torn tamper seal. For concerns, contact prettylegitpre@gmail.com.

Exchanges

To expedite the process, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds

Refunds are processed upon receiving and inspecting the return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing times may add delays. If no refund is received within 15 business days of approval, contact prettylegitpre@gmail.com.
