Do you ship worldwide?
No. We ship to the United States of America.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time will be denied. However, your order can be returned for a full refund once received, as long as it fits our return policy criteria.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Shop Pay, and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale periods. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please email us with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days after the return is received or the cancellation request is processed. For questions about when the credit will appear in your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you have not received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take time to post.
